License

UNFIRE AUDIO software license

Version 1.0 · Draft pending legal review. Licensor: Omar Baró (individual operator), under the Unfire brand, Barcelona, Spain · hello@unfire.technology. Unfire does not claim to be an incorporated company.

1. What you receive

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software and its included audio and visual assets (“the Product”) on devices you own. Products offered free of charge carry no license fee.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Product to create music, audio and video, including commercial work. Your original creations remain yours, and no royalties are owed to Unfire for that use.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not sell, resell, rent, lend, sublicense, distribute or publish the Product or its installers, include it in other packs, libraries or stores, or reupload it elsewhere. You may not decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative software works, extract its assets for separate reuse, remove attribution or misrepresent the Product as your own, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

4. Ownership

The Product remains the property of Unfire or its licensors. UNFIRE, UNFIRE AUDIO, HYPERWAVE, ARCHER and other product marks are not licensed for separate use.

5. UNFIRE Club

Any future membership and perpetual-license benefits will be governed by separate published terms. There is currently no active Unfire Club subscription checkout on this page.

6. Third-party content

Some images are from The Metropolitan Museum of Art Open Access (public domain), and some fonts are licensed under SIL OFL or Apache 2.0. Those licenses continue to apply.

7. Disclaimer

The Product is supplied “as is”, without any promise of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or host. To the extent allowed by law, Unfire is not liable for indirect losses, data loss or lost profits. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

8. Termination of license

If you breach these terms, your license may terminate and you must cease use and uninstall the Product, subject to applicable law.

9. Governing law

Spanish law applies. Consumers retain any mandatory rights provided by their country’s laws.
