1. About UNFIRE AUDIO

UNFIRE AUDIO offers audio instruments and effects alongside an interactive game-like experience featuring a house, a case, robots, stories and an island. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual property

UNFIRE AUDIO content belongs to Unfire or its licensors and is protected by Spanish intellectual property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996), European law and international treaties. This includes software code; plugin and synthesizer designs; characters and robots, including Nimbo and the zodiac series; text, scripts and stories; UK Bass Waves music; sound; interfaces; the case, house and worlds; and the UNFIRE, UNFIRE AUDIO, HYPERWAVE, ARCHER and FX20 marks.

Without written authorization from Unfire, the following activities are not permitted, except where applicable law provides otherwise:

Unfire expressly reserves rights relating to text and data mining under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790, to the extent legally applicable.

3. License for purchased plugins and instruments

4. Availability and purchases

The free game and public demonstrations do not currently require payment. This page is not an order form and does not accept binding purchases or reservations. Before any future paid digital-product purchase, the seller's identity, product features, final price including applicable taxes, delivery, support and contractual terms will be provided.

For future purchases of paid digital content, withdrawal rights will apply under consumer law. The exception under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 does not apply automatically when opening a demonstration or starting a download. Where applicable, it requires the consumer's prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment of the loss of that right, and contractual confirmation on a durable medium under Article 98.7 or 99.2, as applicable. Specific conditions will be provided before purchase.

5. The game and online features

6. Third-party content

Some images, sounds and fonts are public-domain or openly licensed (including materials from The Metropolitan Museum of Art Open Access, VCSL CC0, Virtuosity Drums CC0, SIL OFL and Apache 2.0). Attribution is provided on the website. Third-party material remains subject to its own terms.

7. Liability

We work to keep the website and game reliable, but provide them on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Unfire is not liable for indirect losses resulting from website use. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Reporting infringement

If you discover unauthorized copies of our content, contact hello@unfire.technology. Unfire may pursue civil or criminal remedies where legally available.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Consumers may use public consumer-protection services, available alternative dispute-resolution procedures and courts with jurisdiction under the law. For inquiries or complaints, email hello@unfire.technology.

We may update these terms. The date above identifies the latest version.
