Unfire

Bolt feasibility · Textile and apparel operations

One exception.
One clear decision.

When order status, lot documents or supplier records disagree, the next action should not be a guess. Explore a small, human-reviewed workflow assessment using fictional records only, before considering any production integration.

For manufacturers, fashion operations and logistics teams. This is a proposed service concept, not evidence that any named textile company has these problems or has hired Unfire.

Illustrative challenges

Where information conflicts, people need evidence.

Choose only one operational question for a feasibility assessment. These are hypothetical examples, not findings from customer research.

01 / LOT

Missing lot evidence

A fictional lot has an accepted status, but the required supporting document is absent. The proposed next step is held for human verification.

02 / ORDER

Contradictory statuses

An invented order is marked complete by one record and pending by another. The report identifies the discrepancy rather than silently choosing a source.

03 / HANDOFF

Duplicate or stale events

Two artificial notifications appear out of order. The workflow flags ambiguity and records why a proposed step is blocked or needs review.

A bounded assessment

Five stages, documented entirely by email.

  1. 01Describe

    One recurring, non-critical administrative exception.

  2. 02Define

Rule table, review owner, expected allow/hold/block outcomes.

  3. 03Simulate

Invent representative cases; no real orders or private records.

  4. 04Inspect

Compare actual fixture decisions with expected results and limitations.

  5. 05Report

Written evidence pack and go/hold/no-go recommendation.

Illustrative input — not real supplier data

Lot DEMO-042 is marked “accepted” in one made-up record, while a required quality document is missing in another. A safe offline assessment should hold the proposed administrative next step and explain what requires review.

No inventory, machine, digital product passport or enterprise application is updated by this example.

Evidence and limits

What we have actually tested.

13 / 13

Developer-run Python checks passed on 12 October 2026, including nine deliberate input-manipulation cases in an offline synthetic handoff test.

  • An invented 14-event logistics fixture was classified offline. Five selected cases entered an isolated copy of Bolt's actual Swift TaskWorkflow; the other nine were held.
  • Three scripted approvals and two scripted rejections behaved as expected inside the isolated test sandbox. No actual employee approval or customer data was involved.
  • Zero external business-system changes were made. This result is not a real textile connector, customer trial, audited security system, productivity improvement or ROI measurement.
  • Read a separate local-model research example and try the fictional interactive example. Those examples are distinct from the Swift handoff test.

Indicative, non-binding commercial scope

Small enough to evaluate.

€3,000

Indicative fee plus applicable taxes
Approximately 10 working days
No binding offer or purchase commitment

  • One jointly defined administrative exception with expected outcomes
  • Review-ready fictional test set and explicit allow/hold/block boundaries
  • Reproducible observations, failure cases and written assessment
  • Written recommendation for whether a real-world pilot could be justified
  • No production deployment, real datasets, ERP/DPP integration, PLC control, security certification or guaranteed savings

Any billable engagement requires a named budget owner, eligibility to contract, a separately agreed statement of work, and appropriate Spanish tax, Social Security and benefits checks. Unfire is currently a founder-led project, not an incorporated company. Technical feasibility and commercial acceptance are not yet independently validated.

Four qualification questions

Start with the problem, not the software.

  1. What is one repeatable administrative exception, and which records disagree?
  2. Who owns the process and can approve or reject a proposed outcome?
  3. Can the first evaluation use completely invented records and run remotely?
  4. Is a non-binding budget near €3,000 potentially available for a scoped study?
